The President's Award Program is the highest form of employee recognition in OGIS Philippines — a unified, company-wide program personally overseen and decided by our President.
Unlike conventional recognition, the President's Award is not determined by a single performance metric or a popularity vote. It is the result of a deliberate, values-driven process that asks a deeper question: who among us truly lives the values that define OGIS Philippines?
The program recognizes employees who demonstrate exceptional Teamwork, Excellence, Innovation, and Customer Focus across a 12-month evaluation period. One award is given per category. One decision-maker has the final word: the President.

Collaboration & Collective Excellence
This award honors the employee who has gone beyond individual achievement to lift the people around them, building a culture of trust, open communication, mutual respect, and shared success across the organization.
Customer-Centricity & Service Excellence
This award honors the employee who has demonstrated extraordinary commitment to the customer — anticipating needs, delivering meaningful solutions, and building lasting trust well beyond the expected level of service.
The President's Award is open to all OGIS Philippines employees and consultants whose contributions fall within the evaluation period of February 2025 to September 2026.

Your submission is routed to your Business Unit Head for review and approval before the deadline.
Approved nominations are consolidated by HR, who begin formal eligibility screening.

The President's Award follows a structured, multi-stage evaluation process designed to ensure the highest standards of fairness, consistency, and integrity.
HR reviews all nominations against the program's non-negotiable baseline eligibility criteria. Only nominations that meet all standards proceed. Nominees will not be informed until they have passed this initial screening.
A cross-functional Evaluation Committee independently scores all qualified nominees. HR tabulates results, and the committee selects the Top 5 nominees per category for formal panel interviews. After interviews, the committee endorses the final Top 3 nominees per category for Presidential consideration.

The President independently reviews all Top 3 nominees per category and personally determines ONE winner per award. The President is the sole, final decision-making authority in the entire program.

The President personally reviews the Top 3 nominees and selects ONE winner per award.

Official award presentation at the Year-End Company Party. Winners announced on stage.
