5 Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose of Processing

Personal data, brand assets, and testimonials will be processed solely for marketing communications including websites, social media, slide presentations, proposal lookbooks, electronic mailers, and printed collaterals.

2. Proprietary Rights & Royalties

You grant OGIS Philippines a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and perpetual right to display and distribute these marketing materials. No financial compensation shall be owed.

3. Review and Approvals

OGIS Philippines will submit the finalized draft for your standard corporate approval before public release.

4. Data Protection & Retention

Data will be stored securely under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 until you formally request removal or it is no longer relevant to marketing campaigns.

5. Right to Withdraw Consent

You may withdraw consent at any time by written request to our marketing department. OGIS Philippines will cease use within thirty (30) business days.
